Description:
Abstract:
Concept mapping is an instructional technique that refers to the diagrammatic representation of the meaning of a topic. It is based on the instructional model of meaningful reception learning. It is implemented by the concept map, which organizes concepts and assigns relationships between them, in the form of sentences. A sentence is composed of three components: the two nodes that contain concepts, the link between them and the line connecting the nodes. The sentence connects two concepts with a verbal link, forming the basis of the concept map. The concept map is used both as a teaching and assessment tool. The digital version of the concept map offers an enriched map with multimedia material and hypermedia connections, possibilities for dynamic reorganization, collaborative creation, feedback and evaluation.
