Abstract: |
The chapter presents the two concepts and distinguishes them. It describes instruction and its three pillars: content, learner and Educator. These three pillars interact with each other through the teaching triangle or framework. The teaching framework with the inclusion of educational media, and especially digital technology is transformed into the teaching tetrahedron with the Educator, the content, the learner or the learners and digital technology. The chapter concludes with a reference to the relationship between Teacher and teaching and the model of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, which aims at effective teaching.
