Abstract:
Criteria for selection and evaluation of teaching materials are listed. The synthesis of the criteria proposed by the primary education teachers and by the mathematics teaching researchers, as well as their application in practice, through the evaluation of indicative examples of Educational Materials, document the usability of the developed "Framework of Evaluation Educational Materials" for mathematics. The "Framework of Evaluation Educational Materials" aims to structure evaluation criteria into categories to create a useful tool for educators and researchers. In addition, criteria for designing instructional materials are listed and an " Framework for Designing Instructional Materials" for mathematics is developed.
