Abstract:
According to one of the most accepted definitions, Total Quality Management aims to provide benefits to all stakeholders of a business including society, which is affected by the operation of the business. With this in mind, this chapter presents the basic concepts of Total Quality Management and the benefits of applying it to a business. The principles of the IPO are also presented, as well as a systematic methodology for improving business processes. The same logic presents the EFQM business excellence model, which is one of the most important and recognizable standards of implementation of Total Quality Management. The following is the corporate social responsibility and its connection with the IPO, while in the end, attempts are made to link all management practices with the process of measuring the social impact, which is the most recognizable goal and indicator of the performance of social projects.
