Abstract:
This chapter presents the process of developing a social business plan. In this direction, the basic concepts of business plans and business model canvas are presented as tools for the growth of a social project. In addition, the points that differentiate social enterprises and private firms from conventional — private enterprises and for which special care should be taken in their design are developed. It also presents an alternative perspective on the marketing of social projects giving an alternative to 4p marketing.
