Description:
Abstract:
This chapter presents the administrative organisation of the Region. It takes into account the changes in the administration, due to the establishment –by the Law 3852/2010- of the Decentralized Administrations, which are established as single decentralized units of state administration, and it identifies the administrations that have competence in spatial planning issues. The geographical/administrative changes created by the Law 3852/2010 are presented, which brought about a series of radical changes in the organisation of the administration/autonomous administration services and consequently in their competences (thematic and spatial).
