In this chapter, we focus on Project Monitoring and Implementation. We present and analyse the reasons why it has become a very important tool in project implementation. We will then focus on the content of monitoring a project and contrast it with that of evaluation. We will highlight the importance of monitoring and evaluation and discuss the framework for monitoring a project.
