The eleventh and last chapter of the book includes the main factors that influence the use of sustainable means and mobility systems, as well as the commuters’ degree of satisfaction. Lessons learned from the implementation of some of the main SUMPs’ good practices both in Greece and abroad are also presented. The chapter concludes with the benefits expected from the adoption of sustainable modes and means of transportation, and the contribution of SUMP.
