This chapter includes examples of the application of relevant methodologies in Greece and abroad. In particular, the urban transit organizations OASA and OASTH have implemented evaluation and quality control programs for the services they provide, with the author of this proposed textbook having been responsible for their implementation. Therefore, these two programs, along with similar ones from abroad, will serve as practical applications of the two methodologies presented in the previous chapters. In this way, students will gain the necessary practical knowledge.
