Abstract: |
In the eighth chapter, the need for national policy to exploit the country's mineral wealth is presented, with an emphasis on understanding and adhering to the existing legislation (national, European, and international). Specifically, reference is made to the provisions of the EIA, the European Initiative on Critical Raw Materials, the Draft Law on Hydrocarbons, and Law 4014 on Environmental Licensing.
