Abstract:
In the eighth chapter, the need for national policy to exploit the country's mineral wealth is presented, with an emphasis on understanding and adhering to the existing legislation (national, European, and international). Specifically, reference is made to the provisions of the EIA, the European Initiative on Critical Raw Materials, the Draft Law on Hydrocarbons, and Law 4014 on Environmental Licensing. Additionally, the following are presented: Legal Framework for Structural Construction Products – Harmonization of National Legislation with European Community Directive 89/106. Presidential Decree 334/1994 (Incorporation of Directive 89/106 into National Legal Framework and under PD 334, Structural Products bear the CE Mark and are allowed free movement within the European Union). Regulation 765/2008 (Market Surveillance of Structural Products). European Regulation on Structural Products (Regulation 305/2011).
