Business Process Reengineering (BPR) enables enterprises to review the way they work and operate in order to enhance their competitiveness, their customer service, to reduce operational costs, etc.This chapter presents the different approaches, methodologies for business process reengineering, namely BPMN and UML, and provides examples of modelling business processes. Emphasis is given on how business processes related with ERP systems are redesigned.
