In the final chapter, as an epilogue, some more recent methods of analyzing spatial data are introduced which have their origins in different scientific fields. There is a brief presentation of Geostatistics, neural networks, fuzzy logic and several models which are included in the recent field of GeoComputation. The aim of this chapter is to be a motivation for further reading and relevant references are proposed.
