With technology becoming an essential tool for our daily live, there could be no shortage of advanced assistive technologies, adaptive and remedial devices designed for people with disabilities or special skills and the elderly. Through electronic devices, a plethora of tools, whether hardware or software, has been created and through them, the inclusion of everyone in daily activities based on digital service processes is enhanced. The MAKATON vocabulary is presented as well as aids and mobile applications for people with hearing or vision loss.
