Abstract:
Considering the present study, this section aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the analysis of social phenomena as they emerge in the classroom and in everyday educational practices. Accordingly, the focus of this chapter is on the organizational culture of the institution where the social worker is employed, and on the actions of key participants in the classroom, including teachers, students and parents, at the strategic moment of the classroom. In conclusion, adopting the socio-political perspective outlined above enables the social worker to comprehend and analyzes the social phenomenon within the school context. The dynamic nature of this phenomenon necessitates the utilization of flexible and interdisciplinary perspectives and tools, which facilitate the penetration of stereotypes and prejudices and enable the social worker to transcend social barriers and obstacles.
