| Abstract: |
In the framework of the laboratory exercises for carbohydrate analysis, three exercises will be presented. These can be conducted either as a single set, with each subsequent exercise using the sample obtained from the previous one, or as independent exercises. Specifically, the exercises are: enzymatic and chemical hydrolysis of carbohydrates, and separation of carbohydrates by thin-layer chromatography.
