In Chapter Three, an analysis of the phenomenon of food loss and waste (Food Loss & Waste) is conducted. Initially, a theoretical approach to the phenomenon is presented so that the reader can understand the concepts, the size, and the causes of its creation. Moreover, the results of a quantitative survey with a structured questionnaire are presented, which outline the behaviour of the Greek consumer regarding food waste.
