Abstract:
Numerical methods for ODEs with special properties of the solution are described. Single-step and multistep methods with constant or frequency-dependent coefficients are presented. We construct exponentially, trigonometrically fitted and phase fitted methods, as well as methods with minimum phase-lag, minimum amplification error and symplectic methods.
