Description:
Abstract:
In order to verify a corrective eye prescription we can use the subjective refraction components. We use the glasses prescription to start the verification, which follows the basic steps of the subjective examination. Neutralization of a ground lens can be achieved with trial lenses of known power, which are spherical for a lens without astigmatism, or with a combination of spherical and cylindrical trial lenses. Neutralizing of broken lens can be achieved in a similar way with a ground lens, that is, by using test lenses of known power.
