Description:
Abstract:
The psychological preparation, through the development of skills and techniques, must be properly planned to contribute effectively to the integration of the personality, the facilitation of learning, and the maximization of performance, both in sport and in the course of physical education, and the exercise programs for health. However, psychological training cannot be effective without physical training. Psychological preparation is not an overnight miracle. It takes patience, faith and work. The psychological preparation program must be done individually, according to the needs of each person, designed in collaboration between trainer and trainee, adapted to the problems and goals of each one and adjusted based on their progress. Different programming requirements are imposed for the school physical education environment, as well as for the exercise of healthy and clinical populations.
