Over the years, people’s eating habits have been influenced not only by the geographical location and climate, but also by social and cultural elements. During human life, there were three main stations that had a decisive influence on human diet and nutrition: the discovery and use of fire, the domestication and systematic production of plant and animal species, and the Industrial Revolution.
