The fourth chapter introduces the most popular software development framework, which is considered the Scrum process. The main features of Scrum is the fact that it is mainly based on teamwork and guarantees better quality software within always a short period of time. Similar with other agile methodologies, the Scrum process is people-oriented and not process-oriented. In this chapter, all the features of Scrum process will be presented in detail, i.e. roles, artifacts and ceremonies.
