"Superfoods" scientific findings and exaggerations
In this chapter, an effort is made to approach the so-called "Superfoods" based on - and only - the scientific data recorded in modern research. Then a small analysis is done of the development of certain substances that are more commonly known as vitamins. At the end, the literature related to what is mentioned in the chapter is listed.
