The fifth chapter analyzes the policy of bank lending. It also presents all the vital aspects of credit policy, but also the risks that can be posed to credit institutions through an uncontrolled and unconditional lending policy. In addition, the criteria for classifying borrowers, the types of loans, the borrowers’ creditworthiness, the pricing policy, the ways of repaying the loan, the provision of guarantees by the borrower and more are discussed.
