This chapter examines the principle of freedom to provide and on a temporary basis by a person established in one Member-State to a recipient established in another Member-State. In particular, this chapter focus on who is entitled to benefit from this freedom, the access to the market and the exercise of the freedom. Additionally, the Services Directive 2006/123/EC is considered.
