Abstract: |
This chapter examines the principles and the regulatory means for establishing the European Internal Market. The principles are: non-discrimination, free access to national market and mutual recognition. The regulatory means are Directives and Regulations which are adopted under Article 114 & 115 of the Treaty for harmonization of Member States’ law.
