Description:
Abstract:
The analysis of macroeconomic policy begins in the sixth chapter. Initially, it describes the market for goods and services and the money market, which are the components of the internal sector of the economy, as well as international transactions as the external sector. Assuming fixed exchange rates and capital immobility, it explores internal and external equilibrium in an open economy. It also emphasises on the effectiveness of monetary, fiscal and exchange-rate policies.
