Description:
Abstract:
This chapter introduces the basic principles of Dynamics. The concepts of frictional forces are introduced microscopically and macroscopically. Static friction and sliding friction forces are analyzed. The method of calculating the coefficient of sliding friction (friction coefficient) is also presented. The concepts of non-stationary forces are then introduced with specific examples, such as time-dependent forces and speed-dependent forces. The concepts of work of constant and non-constant forces are introduced as well as the graphical calculation of the work of constant and non-constant forces. Then the concept of dynamic and kinetic energy is introduced, and the change theorem of kinetic energy is proved by calculus. Finally, the concept of power is introduced.
