| Abstract: |
A quite popular architecture for designing IoT systems is the Raspberry development board. This board, a representative example of a Single Board Computer (SBC), carries an ARM processor that, depending on the generation of the board, can range from single-core to quad-core. In this laboratory, students will learn how to install the operating system and perform basic configurations. Subsequently, they will develop a GUI and connect the board to an information system running on the Cloud to receive execution commands from the Cloud. The development board will run a program in Python, thus introducing students to this programming language.
