In Chapter 12, the concept of Cyberwar and its components is presented. Some of these components have already been presented in chapter 11 within the context of hacktivism, but here, the cyber threats are examined through the lens of national security. Historical events are listed in the present chapter, and the case of the ISIS is thoroughly analysed.
