| Abstract: |
We describe the main characteristics of galaxies. We study their rotational velocity, the velocity dispersion of stars within galaxies, the velocity dispersion of galaxies within clusters of galaxies and the presence of hot gas between the galaxies. We associate the above observations with dark matter. We review the main models of dark matter and dark energy.
