Abstract

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της μελέτης αυτού του κεφαλαίου, αλλά και του συγγράμματος συνολικά, ο αναγνώστης θα είναι σε θέση να έχει πλήρη άποψη για την όψη της ΕΚΕ σε σχέση με το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό, να παρουσιάζει παραδείγματα βέλτιστων πρακτικών, τόσο στο εξωτερικό, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, να διαμορφώνει προτάσεις για τις σχετικές πολιτικές και τέλος, να συμμετέχει ενεργά στον κοινωνικό διάλογο. Παράλληλα, θα είναι σε θέση να διαπιστώσει τα λάθη στην προσέγγιση της ΕΚΕ, τη θεσμική προσέγγιση αυτής και να διατυπώσει ενεργή άποψη για την ΕΚΕ σε κάθε επίπεδο.

In this chapter the theories of CSR are summarized. It is necessary to continuously inform employees about ethical governance and the observance of CSR principles in the company, as well as the education and training of senior and senior executives in CSR matters. The contribution of all the interested parties of the company in understanding the concept of CSR is necessary. The leader and the organizational culture of each company will play a role. It is considered necessary for businesses to develop initiatives to facilitate the balancing of professional and family obligations. It is to the benefit of businesses to offer a working environment that makes full use of the qualifications and potential of all human resources.
