In this chapter the theories of CSR are summarized. It is necessary to continuously inform employees about ethical governance and the observance of CSR principles in the company, as well as the education and training of senior and senior executives in CSR matters. The contribution of all the interested parties of the company in understanding the concept of CSR is necessary. The leader and the organizational culture of each company will play a role. It is considered necessary for businesses to develop initiatives to facilitate the balancing of professional and family obligations.
