Abstract: |
The effects of the application of are described of CSR policies in HRM. Analyzed the effects of the implementation of the policies on issues, which concern meritocracy in hiring, professional equality, motivation of workers, the elimination of all forms of discrimination and finally, issues related to hygiene and safety in the workplace. Management best practices were presented of HR in banks and industries. Finally, it was exercised criticism, both in the theoretical and in the practical context of CSR.
