Abstract:
The chapter mentions the opinions that have been expressed regarding business ethics and presents the Charter of Rights and Duties of Business. An attempt was made to establish basic principles for the establishment of corporate ethics. The conceptual delimitation of the concept and its approaches in different societies, using examples from experience. Several views are emerging regarding the business responsibility of businesses. The first states that ethics cannot and should not have anything to do with business, because the latter only think about profit, according to Friedman. The second view considers that businesses have a specific role in social reality, both at the local and national level. It is generally accepted that the ethical view predates business and the latter must respect it.
