Abstract: |
The basic principles of quantum mechanics are given in the light of the axioms on which quantum mechanics is based. The state of a quantum system, its time evolution and its measurement are explained. Complex quantum systems and some important applications of quantum mechanics related to the double-slit experiment, the photon beam interferometer, Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, the EPR paradox, Bell's inequalities and Schrödinger's equation are presented as well.
