Abstract:
In this chapter, the reader is introduced to the concept of user-defined data types. Initially, enumerated data types are studied, and their characteristics and limitations are analyzed. Subsequently, the data structure is presented, including its definition and operation method. Embedded structures, structures as function arguments and return values, structures with pointer members, and pointers to structures are described. The next section analyzes unions as a data type and illustrates how they function. The chapter concludes with an extensive programming example.
