This chapter lists some exercises that focus on the waveforms (of pressures, volume, flow) obtained during mechanical ventilation, different waveforms based on the type of ventilation, and their variations that may unmask a problem during ventilation. Through these exercises, readers can understand better mechanical ventilation and understand how to deal with problems they may encounter in clinical practice.
