In the 13th chapter entitled "Interventional programs and incentives to promote active movement and physical activity" programs are presented that can strengthen the effort for a more active lifestyle, enhancing the active movement of workers and the entire population, from small ages up to the oldest, offering them an outlet to experience freedom and security. Also, the form and type of incentives that can be used to encourage and support citizens for active movement and physical activity are analyzed.
