Abstract:
In the 9th chapter entitled "The inhibiting factors of active commuting," all those factors are presented and analyzed that make it difficult for employees to actively commute to and from work, as well as for residents of the neighborhood who commute to other destinations. Also, the ways to deal with these factors at multiple levels are presented, to create the right conditions to reduce the use of motorized means in cities.
