All the information he needs to know before using the bicycle as a means of transport is analyzed, good practices and safe riding instructions to follow during the journey as well as protection tips for after use. It also mentions the types of bicycles and the selection criteria for their purchase, the necessary additional equipment they must have, as well as the drawing of the shortest and most attractive route. Also, the use of the bicycle not only as a means of transport but also for leisure is presented.
