In the 4th chapter entitled "Profits of companies from the implementation of health programs and sports activities for employees" the profits that companies have from the implementation of health programs in the workplace are analyzed. Many times, and wrongly, many believe that such programs bring benefits only to employees. In this specific chapter, all the benefits that a company can have from the implementation of work sports programs are presented. The way these profits are calculated is analyzed and the tools are presented that demonstrate the close relationship between improving the health of employees and increasing the company's profits.
