Abstract: |
In this chapter, the second category of attachments, the extracoronals, will be mentioned. It will be discussed their particular characteristics as well as the technical methods for their integration into fixed prosthetic work. The categories of both rigid and non rigid extracoronal attachments will also be mentioned as well as an additional category of extracoronals with the ability of multiple movements. Indicatively, the following representative connectors of the category will be described such as: Conex, Stabilex, Regulex, Dalbo, Ceka,, Grismani and ASC-52.
