Σχεδιασμός και Ανάπτυξη Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος Προστασίας και Διαχείρισης των Πνευματικών Δικαιωμάτων

Abstract

Για την αντιμετώπιση του ζητήματος της προστασίας και διαχείρισης των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων του περιεχομένου, τα συστήματα καλύπτουν τις λειτουργικές και τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές των οντοτήτων που παρουσιάστηκαν κατά την ανάλυση του ζητήματος. Τα συστήματα βασίζουν τη λειτουργία του σε ανοικτές πλατφόρμες λογισμικού, διεθνή πρότυπα, τεχνολογίες Διαδικτύου και κριτήρια ποιότητας και ευχρηστίας. Τα συστήματα βασίζονται επίσης, σε πολυ-επιπεδες αρχτεκτονικές, που περιλαμβάνουν ψηφιοποίηση, τη διαχείριση του ψηφιακού αποθέματος, το επίπεδο προστασίας με τη χρήση μεθόδων υδατοσήμανσης ψηφιακής εικόνας, ήχου και βίντεο με τη χρήση πρωτότυπων αλγορίθμων επεξεργασίας σημάτων, ανάλυσης προτύπων και αναζήτησης προτύπων σε περιβάλλοντα Διαδικτύου, δικτύων P2P και νέφους.

In order to address the issue of the protection and management of the copyright of digital content, in accordance with the conclusions of the previous chapter, it is deemed necessary to present the implementation of an integrated information system that can be installed in a Trusted Third Party Organization. The system presented and proposed covers the functional and technical specifications of the entities presented during the analysis of the issue. The system bases its operation on open software platforms, international interoperability standards, Internet technologies, and quality and usability criteria. The integrated information system is also based on a three-tier architecture, the digitization level, the digital inventory level and the digital content exploitation level. The presentation of each level includes the study, parameterization, development of new and integration into a single homogenous environment, applications and individual services for the protection and management of intellectual rights.
