Abstract

Στο παρόν κεφάλαιο πραγματοποιείται, για πρώτη φορά, η πλήρης ανάλυση του ζητήματος προστασίας και διαχείρισης της πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, δημιουργείται η μεθοδολογία αντιμετώπισής του προβλήματος, εισάγεται ένα σύνολο από οντότητες που εμπλέκονται σ’ αυτό, παρουσιάζονται οι συσχετίσεις των οντοτήτων αυτών και καθορίζονται οι λειτουργικές και τεχνικές προδιαγραφές. Επίσης, παρουσιάζεται το γενικό Διάγραμμα Ροών – Οντοτήτων του ζητήματος.

The importance of the analysis of the design of the integrated copyright management and protection systems is significant, as it is of decisive importance for the efficient protection and management of Intellectual Property Rights in the digital era. This comprehensive problem analysis involves common software development processes and techniques such as defining entities, their relationships, and defining the flows and transactions that take place between these entities. There are a variety of relationships, arrangements and factors involved in the management and exploitation of Intellectual Property, as well as a wide range of technical and legal issues. A deeper understanding of the issue requires the development of an entity-relationship scheme that represents the problem and eloquently presents the conditions and requirements for the management and protection of intellectual property.
