Abstract:
The complete analysis of the problem of Intellectual Property in the modern Information Society is very important for its further comprehensive resolution. The importance of the analysis of the design of the integrated copyright management and protection systems is significant, as it is of decisive importance for the efficient protection and management of Intellectual Property Rights in the digital era. This comprehensive problem analysis involves common software development processes and techniques such as defining entities, their relationships, and defining the flows and transactions that take place between these entities. There are a variety of relationships, arrangements and factors involved in the management and exploitation of Intellectual Property, as well as a wide range of technical and legal issues. A deeper understanding of the issue requires the development of an entity-relationship scheme that represents the problem and eloquently presents the conditions and requirements for the management and protection of intellectual property.
