Reviewer: Patrinos, Georgios
Description:
Abstract:
This chapter reviews the methods of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, fluorometry, and electrophoresis for measuring the concentration and evaluating the purity and quality of isolated nucleic acids. In the practical part of the exercise, the concentration of DNA is determined, and a working solution of a specific concentration is prepared.
