| Abstract: |
Plant Physiology is the science of plant function, encompassing the dynamic processes of growth, metabolism and reproduction in living plants. Plant Physiology is connected to water and energy exchange, perception of light, photosynthesis, growth and development of plants. The practical refers to issues of plant functionality and helps the students to understand fundamental aspects of plant life. The fourteen chapters cover basic knowledge of Plant Physiology and some innovative aspects of plant science. In the two appendices (Appendix I and Appendix II) the preparation of the plant material and solutions necessary for carrying out the Plant Physiology practical are presented.
