Description:
Abstract:
This book is written for undergraduate students who wish to follow an introduction to continuous dynamical systems. Prior knowledge of differential equations is desirable but not necessary. Prerequisites are minimal: elements of calculus and elements of linear algebra are sufficient to study the entire book. For the sake of completeness, a chapter dealing with the issue of the eigenvalues of matrices has been included. An effort was made to make the book the most detailed and pedagogical introduction to the theory of dynamical systems.
