Description:
Abstract:
This chapter discusses the derogations from the free movement of goods, persons and services. There are two categories of derogations. National measures restricting the free movement can be justified either by invocation of the explicit derogations listed in Articles 36, 45,52 and 262 TFEU or by overriding reasons of public interest.
