Μικροσκοπική απεικόνιση (100Χ) πλασμόλυσης κυττάρων κρεμμυδιού. Κοίλη (α) και κυρτή (β) πλασμόλυση. Για το παρασκεύασμα στην εικόνα (γ) χρησιμοποιήθηκε υμένιο από την επάνω επιφάνεια (μοβ) του κρεμμυδιού. Στις εικόνες (δ-στ) βλέπετε λεπτομέρειες των κυττάρων (400Χ), όπου διακρίνονται νημάτια Hecht.
