Abstract

Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στις επιχειρηματικές πολιτικές εσωτερίκευσης – εξωτερίκευσης και στις μορφές διεθνοποίησης. Συγκεκριμένα, περιλαμβάνει τις πολιτικές εσωτερίκευσης και τις άμεσες ξένες επενδύσεις, καθώς και τις πολιτικές εξωτερίκευσης και μορφές διεθνοποίησης με ή χωρίς συμμετοχή κεφαλαίου. Στις τελευταίες υπάγονται μορφές όπως Joint – Ventures, Fade-in και Fade-out στρατηγικές, συμφωνίες licensing, υπεργολαβίες, συμβόλαια τύπου “turn-key”, στρατηγικές συμμαχίες, franchising.

The third chapter refers to internalisation-externalisation business policies and forms of internationalisation. It includes internalisation policies and foreign direct investment, as well as externalisation policies and forms of internationalisation with or without capital involvement. The latter includes forms such as joint ventures, fade-in and fade-out strategies, licensing agreements, subcontracting, turnkey contracts, strategic alliances, and franchising.
