In this chapter, the method of manufacturing the mobile prosthetic work (partial denture) will be mentioned, which with the help of the precision attachment will be connected to the fixed prosthetic work, so as to complete the combined prosthetic work. The three main ways of connection of the removable part of the attachment at the base of the partial denture, will be presented. In particular, the following will be mentioned: the technique anaerobic resin adhesive, the metal bonding technique and the technique using self-curing resin.
